Terms of Service

Quantum Insights is general wellness and self-tracking software. It lets you log personal metrics, sync data you authorize from Apple Health, and receive AI-assisted insights about your own data. The Service is provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only.

Quantum Insights is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The metrics, analysis, and AI responses in the app are for general wellness and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read in the app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services.

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You own the data you enter into Quantum Insights. We do not claim any ownership over your personal metrics, logs, or health data. You can export or delete all your data at any time from Profile → Your Data.

New subscribers may be offered a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your Apple App Store account is charged. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

• Quantum offers an optional paid "Pro" subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payment and refund handling is governed by Apple's terms.
• "Unlimited" Pro features are subject to reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse and protect service quality. In particular, Q (the AI coach) is limited to 100 messages per day for Pro subscribers. These limits may be adjusted over time.
• Features included in the free and Pro tiers may change over time.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Insights and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
